The owner wanted PJH Construction to renovate the properties and prepare them for sale. The end result was a property so nice that the owner actually considered keeping it.

Construction Completed
We put a new kitchen in one of the units. We painted the exterior, replaced the leaking roof, removed the abandoned cars and all the trash. One of the homes received a complete interior remodel from the floors on up. We replaced all the landscaping, installed a better fence between the units and neighboring property, and put new windows in to replace broken ones.
Timeline
The property owner was interested in selling the property as soon as possible. PJH Construction was hired in early January 2015 and completed the project with enough time that the owner was able to sell it in early July 2015. In only a few months time, we completely transformed this property from something that was, frankly, unsellable to something that fetched a price far above what even the owner expected.

The property was a complete mess and the owner was struggling to attract good renters because of it.
