We put a new kitchen in one of the units. We painted the exterior, replaced the leaking roof, removed the abandoned cars and all the trash. One of the homes received a complete interior remodel from the floors on up. We replaced all the landscaping, installed a better fence between the units and neighboring property, and put new windows in to replace broken ones.
The property owner was interested in selling the property as soon as possible. PJH Construction was hired in early January 2015 and completed the project with enough time that the owner was able to sell it in early July 2015. In only a few months time, we completely transformed this property from something that was, frankly, unsellable to something that fetched a price far above what even the owner expected.
PJH Construction does not cut corners. That’s why we were hired for this Phoenix property renovation project.
From something as simple as putting pave stones through the rock landscaping to ensure that there was a safe walkway, to hiring a paint designer to help with the interior and exterior painting project. It’d be easy to get cabinets that are made of particle board and that are cheaply made. However, we believe in using better-quality materials to ensure a quality project. We walk every part of our renovation project through a thorough quality assurance process to make sure everything was completed the right way.
In the end, the remodel went so great and the property was so improved that the owner could barely recognize it. He even considered not selling the property and keeping it. That’s the kind of difference that PJH Construction can make, and it’s why we’re one of the most trusted Phoenix property renovation companies in the Valley.
