The 22 units in this apartment complex had old flooring, an outdated kitchen, and a bathroom that wasn’t going to attract a higher rent from tenants. In general, the place also needed general cleanup, and the complex needed parking lot repair and swimming pool work.
The PJH Construction team worked on a single unit at a time, which meant the owner could continue to rent out the other 21 units while work was ongoing.
